Title 37, Colorado Revised Statutes, as <br />amended, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW ARTICLE to read: <br /> <br />ARTICLE 96 <br />Water Conservation in State Landscaping <br /> <br />37-96-101. Short title. This article shall be known and <br />may be cited as the "State Projects Water Conservation in <br />Landscaping Act". . ... ... -.. <br /> <br />37-96-102. Leqislative declaratio.n.
