Reduces the sales and use taxes applicable to water-saving devices <br />from 2.90% to 1.90% during tax years 2004 and 2005. Requires the <br />executive director of the department of revenue to create a list of <br />water-saving devices after consulting with the director of the office of <br />water conservation. <br />Creates an exception to the definition of abandomnent of a water <br />right for periods of nonuse that are caused by the implementation of bona <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE,amendment.
