During the flood, the diversion dam, <br /> headgate, measuring flume, stilling well and house, and access road was heavily damaged. <br /> Additionally, two sections of ditch embankment were completely washed out. The Project included <br /> cleaning debris and silt out of the diversion dam and headgates, reconstruction of the measuring flume <br /> and stilling well, and reconstruction of the diversion structure access road.
