As we <br /> discussed,the Chilcott Ditch Company("The Company")currently possesses a certificate of deposit(CD) <br /> guaranteeing payment of one years' loan payment pursuant to its loan contract noted above. The <br /> Company's CD matures on March 23,2015 with a maturity value greater than that required under its <br /> loan. Therefore,the Company would like to close the account,purchase a new CD(at the minimum <br /> amount required)for pledging to CWCB and deposit the remainder of the proceeds in its general fund. <br /> From our discussion,I understand that the Company will incur a transactional fee not to exceed$1,000 <br /> for the necessary efforts in revising the loan contract.
