NOTICE OF PROJECT SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION
Dear Ms. Coble:
This letter is to advise you that the Project referenced above was substantially completed on December 1,
2013.Since the Company paid all the interest that was due up to December 1,2013,there is no need to pay
anything at this time.The attached Project Expenditure Schedule represents the loan disbursements and IDC
payments received.
The total amount disbursed under this contract was$187,634.52($185,776.75 plus$1,857.77 for the 1%
service fee).The first annual loan payment will be due on December 1,2014, in the amount of
$149,629.98 as presented in the attached Promissory Note and Amortization Schedule. An adjustment in
the amount of$2,201,015.48 was made for funds not disbursed.
Please note,in accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Loan Contract,a renewed
insurance certificate must be submitted to the CWCB annually and a Reserve Account must be maintained
during the entire repayment period.
