STIPULATION
` Applicant, the Colorado Water Conservation Board ( "CWCB "), and Objector Upper
Yampa Water Conservancy District stipulate and agree as follows:
1. Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District agrees to the entry of a decree in this
case that is no less restrictive than the draft decree attached to this Stipulation.
2. This stipulation shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors,
and assigns.
3. The CWCB agrees that it will not seek a decree with terms that are
inconsistent with this stipulation or that are any less restrictive on the Applicant than
those contained in the stiplu_lation.
