PERMMED PROJECT-. Commercial seeding operation of winter storm clouds with
gmmW based ice nuclei generators to augment snowpeck in the
Eason San Juan Mountains. This permit is to use 18 generators
to increase stream low and reservoir storage. The met area is
defined as areas above 9,000 feet mean sea, level, including the:
Florida River, Fine River, Nedra River, San Juan River, Blanco
River and Navajo River drainage basins. The Primary i'ro)
Sponsors are the Southwestern Water Conservation District,
Pagosa Area Water & Sanitation District, P ne.River Irrigation
District, City of Duran -go, and the Florida Water Conservancy
District.
PERIOD OF PERMIT: Approval is hereby given for operations from November 1, 2010
through March 31, 2011, with conditional approval given for
future years} operations from November I through March 31 of
2011 -2012 through the same operational seasons for up to ten
years through the operational year 2019. 2020. "is permit 1s
