Harris, P.E., President Harris Water <br />Engineering, Inc. 954 East Second Avenue, #202, Durango, CO 81301 (970)259 -5322 as <br />a specially retained expert pursuant to C.R.C.P. Rule 26(a)(2)B)(I). Mr. Harris will be <br />called to testify as an expert to offer opinions in this case and to rebut those opinions <br />stated by the Plaintiff's expert witnesses. He will testify consistent with the opinions and <br />analysis set forth in his report, dated January 5, 2007, which is or will be filed by <br />Southwest Water Conservancy District in this case, which report is incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br />(2) Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2)(13)(1), attached hereto as Exhibit A is a copy <br />of Mr. Harris' Resume which establishes the qualifications of the witness, and sets forth <br />his prior expert testimony and publications. <br />ith A) <br />ST <br />
