Whitley
210 Turtle Lake Meadows Drive
Durango, Colorado 81301
2• State facts as to why the application should not be granted or why it should be
granted only in part or on certain conditions:
a. Opposers are informed that a grant of the City of Durango's Water Rights
Application for a Recreation In- channel Diversion may have a significant
impact on the administration of water in the Animas River basin of which
Junction Creek is a tributary.
b. The full impacts on existing water users in the basin is not completely clear
and as existing water users, these opposers have a general concern about
the scope of the City's application and what may be included in a decree
granting same, including the impact of any such decree on the rights of
opposers.
