Species for which state delisting is being proposed:
1. American Peregrine Falcon
2. Arctic Peregrine Falcon
3. Greater Prairie - chicken
4. Greater Sandhill Crane
Species for which state listing is being proposed:
1. Burrowing Owl
2. Kit Fox
3. Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse
4. Southwestern Willow Flycatcher
Other issues:
1. Change the status of mountain plover to species of special concern
(versus state listing).
2. Change the status of furbearers with closed seasons from game species to
nongame species.
3. Leave the raptors which are allowed to be taken from the wild for use in
falconry as nongame (versus moving them to game species).
