Northglenn Meeting Started 7:20 Rod welcomed everyone and asked them to sign in. introduced everyone and Brad Lundal and Rick Storm from DPOR. Handouts on signage for river users to identify public and private lands for kayakers etc. Here to take comments on proposed rules, went through presentation. Through open to comment Ralph Nelson: Boulder County Farm Bureau. As convert water appropriation as established by court whether ag, municipal, industrial or rec are usurping an exisiting system for rec use when never been, well have been. Disagree with something that change system and court system that's worked for many years. Mike Minnel: National affaris director for farm bureau. Getting legal counsel on filing with CWCB. RK: so that's an amicus brief on FC ( ? ?) decision. Any comments on rules? MM: Can't comment on that at this point RK: will hold record open until end of Sept for written comments.
