Handouts on signage for river users to identify public and private lands <br />for kayakers etc. <br />Here to take comments on proposed rules, went through presentation. <br />Through open to comment <br />Ralph Nelson: Boulder County Farm Bureau. As convert water appropriation as established by <br />court whether ag, municipal, industrial or rec are usurping an exisiting system for rec use when <br />never been, well have been. Disagree with something that change system and court system that's <br />worked for many years. <br />Mike Minnel: National affaris director for farm bureau. Getting legal counsel on filing with <br />CWCB. <br />RK: so that's an amicus brief on FC ( ? ?) decision. Any comments on rules? <br />MM: Can't comment on that at this point <br />RK: will hold record open until end of Sept for written comments. On web site can find at <br />bottom of web site a little square, a line to click on for fact sheet, leg statement, proposed rules, <br />schedule of meetings. Tomorrow in Glenwood and Steamboat and board in Cortez at end of <br />Sept. Final hearing sometime late October early November.
