Name of ditch or structure: As more fully described in the application. <br />3. State facts why application for water rights should not be granted or why it <br />should be granted only in part or on certain conditions: <br />a. The CWCB has a water right on Lake San Cristobal, decreed in Case <br />No. 4 -W- 3366 -77 to preserve the natural environment. The CWCB's rights may be <br />adversely affected by the granting of the application. <br />b. The Applicant is requesting approval of a storage water right that <br />would inundate San Cristobal Lake. The Applicant's proposed water storage plan <br />may cause injury to the CWCB's water right as decreed in Case No. 4 -W- 3366 -77. <br />
