As grounds in support of this motion, the District states: <br />1. Pursuant to the Case Management Order and the previously granted one week <br />extension ofthe State's expert disclosure deadline, the current deadline for expert rebuttal disclosures <br />is July 15, 2003. This motion seeks to extend that deadline to and through July 22, 2003, one week <br />beyond the current deadline. <br />2. The active opposers, the State (including both the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board and the state and division engineers) and the Colorado River Water Conservation District, have <br />consented to the requested extension. <br />3. The District has tried to meet the current deadline, even though the expert disclosures <br />of the Colorado Water Conservation Board were filed, with the District's agreement, one week after <br />the original deadline. However, the District has determined that the extension requested herein is <br />necessary to complete the District's expert rebuttal disclosures. <br />
