The terms and provision of that certain contract dated <br />� June 1, 1978, attached hereto or Exhibit "A" and incor- <br />porated herein by reference, remain in full force'and <br />effect except as amended herein. <br />2. Paragraph A. 9. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />9�. To purchase from the State all of the State's right, <br />title and interest in said project and any facilities <br />thereof, at a total purcha.se price of Three Hundred <br />f�-± <br />Thirty Seven„Thousand One Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars� <br />`� � and Sixty Six Cents ($337,137.66), payable in thirty <br />�'° annual install�oaents of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred <br />Thirty Seven Dollars and Ninety Z�+io Cents ($11,237.92) : <br />each, which first installment shall be due and payable <br />on Ma.y 1, 1980 and yearly thereaf�er until the entire <br />principal sum sha.11 have been paid. Said installation <br />payment sha11 be made payable to the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, payable at the offices of said <br />board in Denver, Colorado. <br />3. Paragraph B. 1. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1. Make available to the Contractor for the purpose of <br />this contract thz swn of Two Hundred Fifty One <br />Thousand Six Fiundred.Eighty Nine Dollars and Eighteen <br />Cents ($251,689.18).' Said Two Hundred Fifty One <br />Thousand Six I�iundred Eigt�� Nine Dollars and Eighteen <br />Cents ($251,689.18) shall be made available to the <br />Contractor in accordance with the follawing terms, <br />schedule and conditions: <br />a.
