Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />CWCB Deputy Director <br />Subject: De-authorization of WETPACK Project - Loan Contract No. C150193 <br />Dear Ms. Jordan: <br />Attached for your records are the original documents relative to the agreement between <br />the Dolores Water Conservancy District and the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Loan <br />Contract No. C 150193, dated September 1, 2005, as amended. <br />In a letter to the CWCB, dated Apri19, 2009, the Dolores Water Conservancy District <br />requested de-authorization of the above-referenced Loan Contract. Subsequently, at the regular <br />meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board on May 19-20, 2009, the Board approved <br />staff recommendation that Loan Contract No. C150193 be de-authorized. We, therefore, have <br />stamped the Loan Contract, Promissory Note, and associated documents "VOID" and are <br />returning them to you for your records. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3441, ext. 3205.
