County Road 16 Dan McAuliffe <br />Loveland, CO 80537 CwCS Deputy <br />Director <br />Re: Contract Number C 150130 - South Side Reservoir Rehabilitation <br />Dear Mr. McMillan: <br />This letter is to advise you that the work described in the above referenced Contract was substantially completed as of <br />July 1, 2009. <br />In accordance with the Contract, the South Side Reservoir Company owes $6,956.17 for interest during construction, as <br />calculated on the attached spreadsheet, due by August 14, 2009. Make your check payable to the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board and include the loan contract number on the check. <br />Your first loan payment in the amount of $8,331.85 is due on July 1, 2010, and was calculated based on a$161,217.05 <br />final loan balance at 3.1% for 30-years, which includes a 1% loan service fee of $1,596.20. Vaughn McWilliams, our Contract <br />Administrator, will be amending the Promissory Note, contained as Appendix 2 of the contract to reflect the final loan contract <br />amount. <br />~ In accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Contract, Paragraph A.6, please note that the <br />renewed insurance certificates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually. <br />It has been a pleasure of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to work with the South Side Reservoir Company on <br />the successful completion of this project.
