HEHER <br />I, Dawn M. Heher, Legal Assistant for the Colorado Attorney General, do <br />hereby state as follows: <br />1. I am employed as a Legal Assistant in the Water Unit of the Natural <br />Resources and Environment Section of the Office of the Colorado Attorney General. <br />2. I have listened to and reviewed the attached transcripts pertaining to <br />the legislative history of Senate Bi11212 and 216 at the Colorado State Archives. <br />3. I do hereby state that the pages/excerpts attached as exhibits to the <br />Opening Brief from the transcripts are a true and correct copy of the tapes in the <br />possession of the State Archives in regard to the legislative history of Senate Bill 212 <br />and 216. <br />4. I have also verified that the Statement of Senator Harold McCormick, <br />submitted by Senator McCormick at the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Natural <br />Resources and Energy Hearing on May 28, 1987, concerning Senate Bill 212; and
