No. 17766* <br />1525 Sherman Street, St'' Flaor <br />Denver, CU 80203 . <br />T'elephone: (303) 866-5046 8i (303) 866-5072 <br />*Caunsel of Record <br />STIPULAT'ED 1VIOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board ("CWCB") and the State and <br />Division Engineers, (collectively, "the State"), through the undersigned counsel, <br />hereby submit this Motion for an additional two day extension within which to f le Yo <br />file the State's responsive brief in this matter, and as grounds therefore, state the <br />following: <br />1. Counsel for the State received Applicant's brief at the close of business on Friday <br />October 24, 2003. The State's brief is due Monday November 10, 2003. <br />2. Undersigned counsel has contacted counsel for the Applicant to request an <br />additional four-day extension of time for the filing of the State's brief. This <br />additional time is necessary due to the length of the Applicant's brief (114 pages, <br />including attachments). The brief references the transcripts of the trial, among <br />other things, and thus, will require review of those transcripts. Additionally, <br />counsel responsible for writing the brief will be absent from the office October 29, <br />2003 through November 5, 2003, and co-counsel for the State will be out of the <br />country from October 31, 2003 through November 16, 2003. <br />
