The letter will also identify Central's RCC Representative for the following water year.
The designated Representative may send an Alternate to any meeting without prior notice. Central will
substitute another individual for a previously designated RCC Representative at any time if requested to
do so in writing by the organization represented.
Per the above, I sent out an August 7, 2002 letter requesting each organization's representation for water
year 2003. From the responses, I have prepared the attached 9-5-02 RCC List of Representatives and
Alternates. Please review the list and Email me at rvvisner ci,cnppid.com if you have any changes. I will
provide an updated version to Jeremie Kerkman for distribution at the RCC's November meeting.
Sincerely,
Richard D.
