J and Irrigation Disfrict ?. ^(;olora.i?o bVa?cr Co?sec?? ^?? <br />?C : c GP <br />To: Reservoir Coordination Committee (RCC) Representatives (see Distribution below) <br />Subject: RCC Representatives and Alternates for the 2006 Water Year <br />Per the Communications Regarding the RCC section 2.1.2.1(1) (page 10) of The Central Nebraska <br />Public Power and Irrigation District's (Central's) 5-14-99 Administrative Plan for Managing Water <br />Commitments, Central has the following communication responsibility (summarized): On or about <br />August 1 of each year, Central wil-1 send to the current RCC Representative of the six other entities <br />iderrtifaed in section 2.1.2 (page 9) a letter r_equesting the designation of an individual to serve as their <br />organization's RCC Representative or confiLZnation that the prior year's name and contact information. <br />are unchanged. The letter will also identify Central's RCC Representative for the following water year. <br />The designated- Representative may send an Alternate to any meeting without prior notice. Central will <br />substitute another individual for a previously designated RCC Representative at any time if requested to <br />do so in writing by the organization represented. <br />Per the above, I sent xn August 1, 2005 letter requesting each organization's representation for the 2006 <br />Water Year (October 2005 through September 2006). Tom Hayden confirmed no changes for NDNR. <br />The Bureau of Reclamation changed Lyle Myler's phone number and designated a RCC Alternate. The <br />other non-responding organizations are assumed to have the same representatives and contact <br />information. Accordingly, I have prepared the attached 9-2-05 RCC List of Representatives and <br />Alternates_ Please review the list and Email (rwisner@cnppid.com) or mail any changes to me.
