Dear Mrs. Chumley:
This letter is to advise you that the work described in the above referenced Contract was substantially completed as of
July 1, 2008.
In accordance with the Contract, the Town of Keenseburg owes $81,120.99 for interest during construction, as calculated
on the attached spreadsheet, due by July 20, 2008. Make your check payable to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and
include the loan contract number on the check.
Your first loan payment in the amount of $63,265.05 is due on July 1, 2009. The $63,265.05 annual loan payment was
calculated based on a $1,127,968.00 final loan balance at 3.75% for 30-years, which includes a 1 % loan service fee of $11,168.00.
Vaughn McWilliams, our Contract Admuustrator, will be amending the Promissory Note, contained as Appendix 2 of the contract
to reflect the final loan contract amount.
In accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Contract, Paragraph A.6, please note that the
renewed insurance certificates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually.
