The <br />Attachments, other than Attachment 10 and a supplemental to Attachments 1 and <br />2, have already been provided to you. Attachment 10 is enclosed along with a <br />copy of the PAWSD's Court Decree (Attachment 1) and the SJWCD's Court Decree <br />and Bylaws (Attachment 2). Also enclosed are the 2006 Audits and year-to-date <br />financial statements for both PAWSD and the San Juan Water Conservancy District <br />(SJWCD). <br />As per our discussion, an Intergovernmental Agreement between both PAWSD and <br />SJWCD speci>1:IC to this loan request is expected to be executed by both Boards at <br />their respective meetings in September, which I will provide to you once this is <br />accomplished. <br />Your efforts in assisting us are very much appreciated, and we look forward to <br />working with you as this process continues.
