Policy #14 – Approval and Prioritization of Construction Fund Applications
for Non-Reimbursable Investments

Introduction
Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWC B) Financial Policy #14 addresses the
procedures involved in applying for a non-reimburs able investment from the Construction Fund.
The first sentence of the policy (attached) st ates that the appli cation deadline for a non-
reimbursable investment is August 31 of each year. This agenda item recommends that the
deadline be moved back to August 1 of each year.
Recommendation
Staff recommends the Board approve a revision to CWCB Financial Policy #14 –
Approval and Prioritization of Construction Fund Applications for Non-Reimbursable Project
Investments, to change the deadline for receipt of non-reimbursable investment applications from
August 31 of each year, to August 1 of each year , as shown on the attached revised policy.
