I, Jeff Baessler, hereby request the water officials of the State of Colorado to administer the water rights of the
Eagle River, located in water district 37, in the priority system. I am hereby making a written "call" that all water
rights junior to the CWCB's Eagle River Instream Flow rights be curtailed until the full appropriation amounts of
these water rights which are in priority, be made available for the beneficial use for Instream flow purposes.
The effective time and date of this "call" is August 19, 2004. Said "call" is to be in effect until further written
notice by me to you.
