<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LOWER PLATTE AND BEAVER CANAL COMPANY <br />RECHARGE PROJECT <br /> <br />"No Photo Available" <br /> <br />Proiect Description <br /> <br />The Lower Platte and Beaver Canal Company operates the Beaver Canal for the benefit <br />of 90 shareholders by providing direct flow irrigation water to a 15,000 service area. There are <br />101 irrigation wells under the Lower Platte and Beaver system. The purpose of this project was <br />to cover the well depletions from these 101 wells by means of recharge/augmentation project that <br />optimized their existing 1972 and 2003 recharge/augmentation priority. This project involved <br />the construction of over 4,500 feet of 21-inch PVC Pipe, one recharge well, various recharge <br />ponds, and the purchase of an existing recharge facility. <br /> <br />Proiect Data <br /> <br />Sponsor: Lower PlattelBeaver Canal Co.
