on the Colorado River

On behalf of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, I hereby request the water officials of the State of
Colorado to administer in the priority system the Board's instream flow water right on the following
segment of the Colorado River to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

The Board is hereby placing a written call for said instream flow water rights to ensure that the full

call is to be in effect until further notification from the CWCB.
