The first <br />payment will be due approximately one year after you receive the $7,500 loan funds, around <br />the August 1, 1996. We will notify you each year when the loan payment is due. <br /> <br />Please contact Bill Green about submitting your bills for reimbursement of feasibility study <br />expenses. <br /> <br />The contract for the reservoir project is being worked on this week. We are working with <br />Dennis DeVore of the State land Board to come up with a clause regqrding the reversion of <br />the leased land to CWCB in the event of default.
