Box 8 <br />Ordway, Colorado 81603 <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Re: Contract Number C150098 - Reservoir Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ringle: <br /> <br />This letter is to advise you that the work descnbed in the above referenced Contract was substantially completed as of <br />May 1, 2005. <br /> <br />In accordance with the Contract, the Lake Henry Reservoir Company owes $13,473.80 for interest during construction, <br />as calculated on the attached spreadsheet, due by June 1, 2005. Make your check payable to the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board and include the loan contract number on the check. <br /> <br />Your first loan payment in the amount of $8,802.73 is due on May 1, 2006. The $8,802.73 annual loan payment was <br />calculated based on a $147,701.10 loan balance at 4.25% for 30-years. Chad Henderson, our Contract Administrator, will be <br />amending the Promissory Note, contained as Appendix 2 of the Contract, to reflect the final contract loan amount <br /> <br />In accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Contract, Paragraph A.6, please note that the <br />renewed insurance certificates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually. <br /> <br />It has been a pleasure of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to work with the Lake Henry Reservoir Company on <br />the successful completion of this project.
