Across the Dam Crest <br />Project Complete <br /> <br />Proiect Description <br /> <br />On May 2, 1998 a portion of the Carl Smith Reservoir failed unexpectedly along the right <br />abutment, releasing approximately 500 acre-feet of water down Leroux Creek.
