In 2003 the <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) <br /> began implementation of SWSI. The initiative <br /> examined current and future <br /> ~ water use and needs in <br /> ~~~ Colorado and established the <br /> ~ goal of providing an adequate <br /> water supply for our citizens <br /> and the environment as a <br /> principle challenge.
