The focus of the meetings is <br />primarily on a consensus building process to address specific issues within each river basin. <br />This was the third of approximately four BRT meetings in the San Juan/Dolores/San Miguel <br />River basin from September 2003 through November 2004. <br /> <br />SWSI project team members included Rick Brown from the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB), John Rehring and Kelly DiNatale from Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM) and Janice <br />Sheftel and John Porter, basin advisors. John Rehring began the meeting by welcoming the BRT <br />meeting participants.
