This dam was breached and is no longer in existence~
* Martin Cull has been taken off the restricted list effective 2/10/2003. This reservoir has a pending
water court application for an enlargement of 150 Acre-feet.
* Long Lake was removed from the restricted list on 5/06/2002
* Basset #2 is listed hvice. There are two storage decrees for this reservoir. It was enlarged w / 0 approval
of the State Engineer and the current restriction results in 25 acre-feet of lost storage. Restriction will be lifted
once as-built drawing are accepted by our office. There is no potential for further enlargement of this dam.
* An addition to the list is Baxter ReselVoir, in Garfield County. This is in District 43 and is tributary to
Baxter Creek that flows into Utah. The restriction is for 5~O feet below the spillway and results in the loss of 30
acre-feet. There is no water right for this structure that I could find. The dam ID is 430205.

Bob

1
