<br />on the subject of water resources and.,th.eir us.e.. The topics aparantly include the
<br />consid~ra.tion of water ration.ing this comming summ~r and the necessity for building
<br />various retention ,and delivery systems in .the central wountains. All that is fine,
<br />however there is a diffe~ent aproac~ which.would eliminate the need for all or most
<br />such proj~ctSt ,with the att.endant' protec.tion of public funds B.nd the important pres-
<br />erva tion. of the mountain envrioument.. " This .aproa,ch., works' and .should 'be considered.
<br />The aproach in question. involves the PRODUCTION of precipitation in the high
<br />country and elsew~e~e. Please don't laugh'when I say that aproach i~volves prayer.

<br />rain dances for -the~ in an effort to .receive the .all-important snowfall on which the

<br />pub lic- no~o.riety for thei T method.s in doiI)g so. - While. I don't recognize the rain or.
