All required information <br />for this request was received on March 13, 1998. Using the information submitted and the effective National <br />Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood <br />Hazard Area (SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled <br />or exceeded in any given year (base flood). <br /> <br />Property Description: Lot 2, Block 8, Cherry Vale Acres Filing No.4, as shown on the Plat recorded <br />as Instrument No. 598251, in Book 13, Page 11, in the Office of the County <br />Clerk and Recorder, Arapahoe County, Colorado <br /> <br />Street Address: <br /> <br />10 Cherry Vale Drive <br /> <br />Flooding Source: <br /> <br />Little Dry Creek <br /> <br />This letter amends the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the property from the SFHA.
