Water-efficient fixtures and appliances,
including toilets, urinals, showerheads, and
faucets
· Low water use landscapes, drought-resistant
vegetation and efficient irrigation
· Water-efficient industrial and commercial
water-us1ng processes
· Water reuse systems
· Distribution system leak identification and
repa1t
· Dissemination of information regarding water
use efficiency measures, including by public
education, customer water use audits, and
water-saving demonstrations
· Water rate structures and billing systems
designed to encourage water use efficiency in
a fiscally responsible manner
· Regulatory measures designed to encourage
water conservation
· Incentives to implement water conservation
techniques, including rebates to customers to
encourage the installation of water
conservation measures
· A section stating the role of water
conservation plans in an entity's water supply
planning
· Steps to develop, implement, monitor, review
& revise the water conservation plan
· Estimate of the amount of water that will be
saved through conservation when the plan is
implemented.

For more information contact Veva McCaig at the CWCB at (303) 866-3339.
1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, CO 80203
Phone: (303) 866-3441.
