Applicant seeks absolute and conditional water rights for the RFC Ditch (in Case <br />No. 07CW054) for a total of 31 cfs for uses that include irrigation aesthetic, recreation, piscatorial <br />and filling ponds. Including other water rights associated with this structure, Applicant seeks to <br />divert up to 40 cfs from the Roaring Fork River into the RFC Ditch on a year-round basis. The RFC <br />Ditch is designed as a flow-through watercourse that traverses through Club property and returns to <br />the Roaring Fork River approximately 3,130 feet downstream. Applicant has applied for an <br />Allotment Contract from the Basalt Water Conservancy District to augment out-of-priority <br />evaporative depletions.
