A detailed "scope of work" for an independent, site-specific PMP <br />analysis of the Cherry Creek basin. <br /> <br />5) How do we get there? The selected consultant should perform the following duties: <br />a) Talk to and interview federal agencies and PMP experts <br />b) Research and discover Corps and NWS criteria and guidelines <br />c) Gather input from local/regional PMP experts <br />d) Review the draft Scope of Work from the NWS, and completely revise and expand to <br />incorporate Colorado interests and other needed tasks <br />e) Present a first draft of the work tasks (Scope) to the Cherry Creek Working Group <br />f) Incorporate comments and re-draft the Scope of Wark <br />g) Present the final draft to the Working Group for approval <br />h) Submit the final draft to Corps of Engineers and NWS for comment <br />i) Finalize Scope and deliver to the CWCB <br /> <br />6) Schedule and Budget <br />a) Desired schedule: Complete the final Scope within 60 days from notice-to-proceed <br />b) The available funding for this project is $10,000 (CWCB funds) <br /> <br />7) Q&A <br /> <br />8) 5 Minute individual discussions with candidates regarding level of interest <br /> <br />9) Selection team will discuss candidates and make a selection following the meeting <br /> <br />L:\wctrans\seca\tom\agendafor PMP scoping meeting.doc <br />
