<br />AGENDA <br />IBCC Needs Assessment Work Group <br /> <br />Conference Call <br />August 18, 2006 <br />9:00 - 11:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Discuss Purpose of the Work Group <br />DRAFT "The purpose of the IBCC Needs Assessment Work Group is to: I) identify what <br />the IBCC can do to help each basin complete their needs assessment; 2) provide input to <br />DNR on technical assistance contracting; and 3) help coordinate a common technical <br />platform. " <br /> <br />Technical Assistance Contracting <br />Update on RFQ Process <br /> <br />Feedback on the approach and how concerns can be addressed <br /> <br />Willingness to serve on the contract Evaluation Committee <br />. Time commitments (full schedule can be seen in the RFQ) <br />o Between August 25th and September 6th make time to read/review the <br />Statements of Qualification <br />o September ih or 8th attend/call in for an Evaluation Committee Meeting to <br />pick top consultants <br />o September 20th attend Evaluation Committee Meeting (most of the day) to <br />hear presentation by top consultants and make a selection <br />. Final list of Evaluation Committee members <br /> <br />Discuss ongoing roles for the Work Group in the contracting process. Potentials include: <br />. At IBCC meetings discuss roundtable task orders for IBCC approval of <br />expenditures <br />. Work with roundtables in developing task orders <br />. Work with contractor on appropriate methodologies <br />. Help coordination with other ongoing effOlis (EIS's, PBO's; SWSI; etc.) <br />. Provide input on the "option to renew" and revisions to the Scope of Work each <br />fiscal year <br />. Other? <br /> <br />Next Steps <br />.
