CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />TASK ORDER LETTER <br /> <br />Date: December 4, 2006 State Fiscal Year: 2007 Task Order Letter No. 2006 - 001 <br /> <br /> <br />In accordance with Article 2 of contract routing number 07 PDA 00035, between the State of Colorado <br />Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Board, and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. <br />covering the period of _________________ ___ ___, 2006 through June 30, 2008 the undersigned agree <br />that the supplies/services affected by this task order letter are modified as follows: <br /> <br />Task Order Description <br /> <br />The contractor shall perform the Project Management Assistance task in accordance with the contractor's <br />task order proposal dated December 4, 2006 , which is h ereby incorporated by reference . <br /> <br />Price/Cost <br /> <br />The maxi mum amount payable by the State for service described above is $ 228,000 . <br /> <br />Performance Period <br /> <br />The contractor will complete the performance in this task order by March 31, 2007. <br /> <br />Th is task order is executed pursuant to Article 2 of the original contract. The parties agree <br />that all work shall be performed according to the standards, procedures, and terms set <br />forth in the original contract.
