He emphasized that during this meeting, we will focus on discussing
questions in that memo and provide input for IBCC to consider. In addition, Kent
distributed the first shot draft Criteria and Guidelines document (aka Rick Brown's
strawman document) that Carl Trick brought back from the CWCB meeting. This first
draft was developed by the joint CWCB/IBCC Criteria and Guidelines committee, dated
July 1 ih to be ulliher discussed during their next meeting July 31 st.

Eric's May 24th memo and the draft criteria and guidelines are interrelated. Kent
suggested and the group agreed that it is critical that our NP roundtable should provide
input regarding the "strawman" draft to be considered during the July 31 st meeting.
Despite the short turn around time, Deb Alpe and Kent Crowder agreed to consolidate all
comments discussed by our roundtable and put them into a document that will be
delivered to the Criteria and Guidelines committee for discussion by Monday morning,
1st
Ju Y 31' .

The remainder of the meeting was spent discussing and providing input to the points
outlined in the draft criteria and guidelines. Deb Alpe and Kent Crowder consolidated
comments and delivered them via email to the joint committee by Monday, July 31 st
before noon. They worked with Eric Hecox's secretary, Viola to hand deliver the
comments to the committee. Kent received confirmation that our comments were
delivered in time for consideration by the committee. (The North Platte Basin
Roundtable Recommendations document is attached in these minutes.)

Next North Platte Basin Roundtable meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 22
from 7-9 p.m. at the Forest Service Office.
