Dear Mr. Gann:

We reviewed a request dated April 30; 1997, from
....for a Letter of Map Revision. All required information for this request, including the required review and
processing fee, was received on May 28, 1997. Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood
Insurance Program (NFIl>) map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood Hazard
Area (SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or
exceeded in any given year (base flood). This property was elevated by the placement of fill after the date of the
earliest NFIP map showing the area in the SFHA.

Property Description: Meadows Manufactured Home Community, a Portion of Sections 19 and 20,
Township 49 North, Range 9 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, as
described in the Warranty Deed recorded as Reception No. 601278, in Book 884,
Page 773, in the Office of the Recorder, Montrose County, Colorado

Flooding Source: Uncompahgre River

This letter revises the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the property from the SFHA. The property is now
in Zone B, an area of moderate flooding outside the SFHA. Because portions of the property remain in the SFHA,
any future construction or substantial improvement on the property remains subject to Federal, State, and local
regulations for floodplain management.
