Resignation of Ute Water Conservancy District Representative. Ray Werner has <br />resigned as the UWCD representative. (No notice of his replacement has been received) <br /> <br />2. Election of Officers - Recorder. The Roundtable will elect a Recorder and will discuss the <br />duties to be assigned to the person that is hired to take minutes. <br /> <br />3. Bylaws - Review of Final Draft. The Roundtable will review a final draft of the adopted <br />bylaws for the Roundtable and will identify the procedures for voting on various questions. <br /> <br />4. IBCC Charter - Proposed Recommendations. Representative Kathleen Curry has asked <br />that the Roundtable members provide her with the group's recommendations for the <br />Interbasin Compact Committee Charter. <br /> <br />5. CSU Cooperative Extension Services - Facilitation Assistance. Wayne Cooley will make <br />short presentation regarding the types of assistance that CSU Cooperative Extension <br />Services can provide to facilitate Roundtable activities. <br /> <br />6. 2006 Agenda - The Roundtable will review a proposed agenda submitted by the Colorado <br />Department of Natural Resources (attached). <br /> <br />7. Central Colorado Project (formerly Union Park) - The Roundtable will consider a request <br />by Dave Miller, Strategic Water Planner, for time on a future agenda to brief members and <br />discuss a proposal for the Central Colorado Project aka Union Park-Aspinall Pool Project. <br /> <br />8. Meeting Schedule - The Roundtable will set the date and time for the next meeting and will <br />discuss establishing a regular meeting schedule. <br />
