Interbasin Compact Committee Basin Roundtables Gunnison Basin Roundtable Meeting Agenda January 4, 2006 Holiday Inn Express, Montrose, Colorado 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Call to Order Roll Call Approve Agenda Chairperson's Report (attached) Approve Minutes of December 2, 2005 Meeting (attached) 1. Resignation of Ute Water Conservancy District Representative. Ray Werner has resigned as the UWCD representative. (No notice of his replacement has been received) 2. Election of Officers - Recorder. The Roundtable will elect a Recorder and will discuss the duties to be assigned to the person that is hired to take minutes. 3. Bylaws - Review of Final Draft. The Roundtable will review a final draft of the adopted bylaws for the Roundtable and will identify the procedures for voting on various questions. 4. IBCC Charter - Proposed Recommendations. Representative Kathleen Curry has asked that the Roundtable members provide her with the group's recommendations for the Interbasin Compact Committee Charter. 5. CSU Cooperative Extension Services - Facilitation Assistance. Wayne Cooley will make short presentation regarding the types of assistance that CSU Cooperative Extension Services can provide to facilitate Roundtable activities. 6. 2006 Agenda - The Roundtable will review a proposed agenda submitted by the Colorado Department of Natural Resources (attached). 7. Central Colorado Project (formerly Union Park) - The Roundtable will consider a request by Dave Miller, Strategic Water Planner, for time on a future agenda to brief members and discuss a proposal for the Central Colorado Project aka Union Park-Aspinall Pool Project. 8. Meeting Schedule - The Roundtable will set the date and time for the next meeting and will discuss establishing a regular meeting schedule.
