Applicants seek the following:

1. Storage water right for Cabin Pond for 14 acre-feet. Cabin Pond is an on-channel natural
pond on a tributary of Antelope Creek. Application claims a May 29, 1983 appropriation
date, which appears to be the date of an "Aerial Photograph produced by the U.S. Bureau of
Land Management".
2. On-channel Ponds A-I through A-3 on a tributary of Antelope Creek with capacities of3, 6
and 3 acre-feet, respectively, with an appropriation date of October 14,2001.
3. Off-channel Ponds B-1 through B-2 for 9 and 12 acre-feet, respectively, with an
appropriation date of October 14, 2001. The source for the Ponds is Antelope Creek and
tributaries. The Ponds will be filled at a combined rate of 1 cfs.
4. The claimed use of water is recreation, fire protection, aesthetic, piscatorial, wildlife and
stock water.
5. Approval of a plan for augmentation by exchange to cover depletions resulting from pond
evaporation with consumptive use credit from the dry up of8.23 acres of land historically
irrigated with 0.333 cfs out of 3 cfs decreed to the Antelope Ditch. The application does not
address depletions resulting from to stock watering.

CWCB Appropriations

CWCB StreamlLake Amount Approp.
