<br />rounded whole- foot elevations. These BFEs are intended for flood insurance
<br />rating purposes only and should not be used as the sole source of flood

<br />Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, and the Federal Emergency Management
<br />Agency (FEMA). The State of Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Urban Drainage
<br />and Flood Control District have implemented a long-term approach of floodplain
<br />management to reduce the costs associated with flooding. As part of this effort, both the
