July 31 - August 1,2003

BARBECUE: Committee Chair John Shields will agains host a barbecue at his home, catered by
Hal's Backyard BBQ. A map and directions to be provided at the meeting. The cost will be
$10.00 per person. The entrees will include beef brisket and pork loin, with side salads and side
dishes also provided. THE CATERER NEEDS A HEAD COUNT IN ADVANCE, SO PLEASE

1. Introductions, review/modify agenda and time allocations, and appoint a time-keeper
(Shields, 10 min.) - The Committee will consider the agenda and allotted time for each
item, and reach agreement on the allocation of time for this meeting.

2. Approve May 15-16 meeting summary (All) (5 min.) - The meeting summary was posted
on the Recovery Program list-server on May 19. Please review this summary in advance
of the meeting.

3. Recovery Program updates - Reports will be presented concerning Recovery Program
administration news and matters. If you are scheduled to provide a report to the
Committee, please post a short written summary of your items to the list-server in
advance of the meeting.

status of this NEP A document's preparation and the schedule leading to a Record
of Decision.
