Involve interested parties;
· Pay associated cOllsulting costs;
· Keep the General Assembly informed and make anllual reports to the CWCB. These
annual reports would, in-turn, be published on the CWCB's web site: and
· Based on the annual reporting, the CWCB would make determinations about future
reviews and recommendations.

The request is based on the Statewide Water Supply Initiative, Section II. The action word in
Statewide Water Supply Initiative was initiative. While the CWCB was directed to complete
SWSI and deliver its tindings and recommendations to the General Assembly in 18-months,
implementing the SWSI will take years and decades.
