Browning, P.E. <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> <br />Re: Fountain Creek Watershed Study Hydrology Report <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Browning: <br /> <br />A copy of a document entitled "Fountain Creek Watershed Study Hydrology Report" prepared <br />for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers by URS Group, Inc. dated September 2005 (hereinafter the <br />"Hydrologic Study") has been transmitted to you under separate cover. The City of Pueblo <br />served as one of the local entities providing sponsorship, funding and information for the <br />Hydrologic Study. The Hydrologic Study provides hydrologic analysis of the Fountain Creek <br />sub-basin of the Arkansas River Basin and will be utilized for subsequent development of other <br />floodplain information, floodplain delineations and watershed restoration efforts. <br /> <br />On behalf of the City of Pueblo, pursuant to 937-60-106(1)(c), c.R.S. and Rule 9 of the CWCB's <br />Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains, etc., 2 CCR 408-1, we <br />request that CWCB review the Hydrologic Study as floodplain information, and adopt a <br />resolution of designation and approval of same. <br /> <br />If you have not received a copy of the Hydrologic Study, or have any questions regarding same, <br />please contact Dennis Maroney at 719-553-2283 or at the above address. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation. <br /> <br /> <br />s....m.~.ly~.......~.../....... ....... <br />..~....,...... . <br />..David J.. . .... <br />City Manager <br /> <br />xc: Dennis Maroney, Stormwater Utility Director <br />Thomas J.
