The staff, within the Office of
Water Conservation & Drought Planning, has determined the Plan to be in accordance with ~37-60-126 and the CWCB's
Guidelines for the Office to Review Water Conservation Plans Submitted by Covered Entities. The Plan is hereby
approved and ACWW A may proceed with its implementation.

The Plan will be kept on file at the CWCB and shall be accessible to the public through our website and the Water
Resource Information Center. The Plan will also be made available to the Colorado Water Resources & Power
Development Authority and the Water Supply Planning & Finance section within the CWCB should you apply for a loan
from either agency.

Due to the legislative intent of the Water Conservation Act of 2004, the Office may contact you to discuss how your
conservation planning and implementation efforts are progressing. As ACWW A begins implementing the conservation
measures outlined in the Plan, please be aware that the CWCB has grant monies available to assist entities, with approved
plans, in their efforts to implement those measures. I have enclosed a brochure providing a general overview of the Water
Efficiency Grant Program and encourage ACWW A to apply.

Thank you again for all your efforts in developing a Water Conservation Plan. Should you have any questions or need
additional assistance, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

V~-M(~

Veva McCaig
Section Chief
Office of Water Conservation & Drought Planning

cc: Heather Beasley, ACWW A
Gwen Zuber, Richard P.
