The <br />added funding is for rehabilitation. of your Company's diversion structure on the South <br />Platte River. <br /> <br />The Board approved an increase of $65,250, so that your new total loan amount is <br />$159,750, The loan terms are 2.50% for 20 years, The approval includes the provision for <br />a 1 % ($1,597.50) loan service charge, which may be paid at closing, or financed along <br />with the loan, I have attached a copy of the updated Board memo concerning Low Line <br />Ditch Company. Please refer to page 4 of that memo and to the section "Action taken by <br />the CWCB March 26, 2003." <br /> <br />When the Board approved this loan increase it attached several conditions: <br /> <br />1. A Feasibilitv Studv is reauired, John Van Sciver has reviewed the study titled <br />"Feasibility of the Rehabilitation of the Lowline Ditch Company Diversion Structure" by <br />Brent Nation, P,E., of Nation Engineering Services. The study meets the requirements <br />of the CWCB Constr~ction Fund Guidelines, and has been accepted by this office. <br />
