DATA_QUALITY_INFORMATION

    Attribute_Accuracy_Report:
      Data from various sources
      Sources include Davis Engineering, USGS, and interviews with
      Division 3 Personel.
      Originial data source is State of Colorado maps developed
      by Dewayne Schroeder for the 1991 AWDI trial.  The original
      200 ditches were supplimented by approximately 270 ditches
      and canals throughout the Division.  Infiltration rates were from
      Schroeder's work where applicable and set to 1.0 for the new
      ditches.  Note these ditches and canals were identified from the 
      existing groundwater model and the key structures identified by
      the surface water contractor of the RGDSS.  It should not be assumed 
      the coverage shows all the canals in Division 3.

      Note file has concident lines (many ditches have common 
      segments) and thus may not be consistent with other software.
      Arc/Info will have difficulty with this coverage.

      Process_Description:
        Data with source attribute of 
        "USGS-NHD" is from a preliminary non-published data set developed
        as part of the USGS National Hydrological Dataset.  Names and
        Hydrobase id's were added to the attributes.  Data labeled as 
        "USGS-24K" are from USGS SDTS files with attriburtes added as
        above.  Data labeled as "Davis Eng." are from AutoCAD files
        supplied by Davis Engfineering from RGWCD files  Data labeled 
        "USGS-100K" are from USGS DLG data and are not as accurate
        as the 24K data.  Data labeled as "digitized" is from DWR maps,
        DRG images and interviews with Division 3 Personel.
